How did she do it…”My weekly workout consists of Jazzercise Classes 3 times per week, Cross Training Class 2 times per week, Yoga 2 times per week, Pickleball 4 times per week, Ballroom Dancing weekly. I also walk at least 5 miles each day except the week of October 20-27 when I hiked every day in Nevada in Red Rock Canyon, The Valley of Fire and the West Rim of the Grande Canyon. I averaged 12 miles/day.”
